Luis Pablo focuses his practice on corporate and contract law. During his professional development he has had the opportunity to assist national and transnational companies in their operations inside and outside the country, advising and formalizing various issues across the broad spectrum of corporate law. He has been involved in the areas of tax, financial and compliance law, which he takes as a point of view and analysis in his practice given their importance in the development of any business.
