Irene Montserrat Figueroa Rios

A specialist with over 25 years of experience in Management Systems and Organizational Development, and 18 years in Social Responsibility and Sustainability, having guided more than 100 companies in Mexico and Latin America toward achieving the ESR® Distinction and implementing social responsibility management models.

Led the design and development of the new ESR® model for CEMEFI, and is currently an advisor to government organizations in the Republic of El Salvador for Compliance and Anti-Bribery Certifications.

With extensive international experience, she is a specialist in ESG matters and in the preparation and auditing of sustainability reports.

She has developed Social Responsibility management systems under the IQNet SR10 standard through to the certification of organizations as social auditors. Additionally, she has experience in developing value chain models under ISO 20400 and in implementing the 2030 Agenda within companies.She also has broad experience in corporate governance and succession planning.
