His expertise includes comprehensive advisory on private equity structures, corporate governance, tax and financial regularization, as well as the structuring of strategic transactions between related parties, both domestic and international. He has led the implementation of investment vehicles, joint ventures, trusts, mergers, and acquisitions, aligning commercial and legal interests with a practical and long-term approach.
