Eduardo de la Garza Jiménez

Eduardo is a Founding Partner at Dayston and graduated with honors from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). He has complemented his academic background with a study abroad program at the University of Salamanca, Spain, as well as several specialized diplomas in export and import, international taxation, amparo proceedings, tax law, and fiscal law. He also holds a Master's degree in Tax Analysis from the University of Guadalajara.

In the academic field, he serves as a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Guadalajara Campus, where he teaches Administrative Law.

As a specialist in tax, administrative, and constitutional litigation, he leads legal strategies in these areas, in addition to overseeing commercial and civil litigation, regulatory compliance, and alternative dispute resolution. His expertise has led him to participate in the structuring of numerous public and private real estate developments, ensuring their corporate, financial, tax, and estate viability.
