José de Jesús Varela Rábago

Jesús is a Founding Partner at Dayston and leads the firm's accounting, tax, and financial solutions divisions. With over a decade of experience advising national and multinational companies, he has developed a comprehensive and strategic approach that makes him a key ally in informed and efficient business decision-making.

Throughout his career, he has supported organizations across a wide range of industries-including agriculture, real estate, commerce, and services-in financial management and analysis, as well as in the implementation of accounting and tax structures aligned with their business goals. His ability to interpret and anticipate the financial impact of critical decisions allows him to provide preventive guidance and customized solutions that strengthen his clients' profitability and operational sustainability.

Jesús combines technical expertise with business acumen, offering close and results-driven support-particularly valuable for companies undergoing expansion, restructuring, or consolidation in national and international markets.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidad Panamericana, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Mexico. He has further enhanced his education with a Diploma in International Taxation from the Guadalajara Public Accountants Association and a Diploma in Tax Consulting from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Fiscales, among other specialized training programs. He is also an active member of the Tax Commission 2.0 of the Guadalajara Public Accountants Association.
