Oscar Eduardo Padrón Hernández

Óscar holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and has experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked with judicial institutions and nationally recognized law firms.

Since joining Dayston's legal team in 2021, he has been actively involved in complex legal advisory projects for local and multinational companies, specializing in corporate law, international taxation, joint ventures, and intellectual property. His practice focuses on designing and implementing legal structures that provide legal certainty, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in highly regulated and competitive environments.

Óscar advises companies on the planning and structuring of commercial operations, with a particular emphasis on analyzing tax implications arising from domestic and international transactions, partnership strategies, and corporate structures. His cross-disciplinary and technical approach enables him to deliver precise legal solutions aligned with each client's strategic objectives.
